Marlene has a passion for business and for helping others, so it only makes sense that she joined our elevated family as a Relationship Manager. She has worked in administrative capacities for other financial firms and know what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service. She believes that true exceptional service starts with providing exceptional value and that is a pillar that she operates by with any task she takes on.
She currently has an Associate's degree in Business Administration and is currently attending Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, to get her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management. (Bear Down!) With her education she feels like she will be able to provide value to the firm and more importantly to clients.
Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She is of Mexican decent and chose to live in Mexico for two years, to become more fluent in Spanish as well as to adapt to the cultural differences. she feels being bilingual is an underappreciated skill in the financial industry and looks forward to helping those that feel more comfortable speaking spanish plan for their future.
